This Goes Out to Lovina

My mother-in-law, Lovina, passed away unexpectedly today.  I'm very sad.  I don't know what else to say.

  3. Pam, you and your family are in my thoughts now, and in the coming days as you adjust to your loss. And, what a beautiful musical tribute you gave to Lovina. God be with you, Dear!

  5. This is a beautiful tribute. I have listened to it in so many different situations and it evokes so much. From my own experience, unexpected death stops the world. It takes a long time to readjust and get balanced again. Take the time.

  6. Thank you everyone. I will write a proper post to honor her memory in the next week.

  7. So sorry, Pamela. In lieu of a sympathy card, I made a donation to the coffee fund. Hope it makes you feel a little better.

    1. You didn't need to do that, but thank you. It's a very sad and strange time right now.

  8. Pam, I am damn sorry to hear it. "Unexpected" beats out "miserable years-long decline" in some respects, but it sure rips the heart right out of you. All love to you and your clan - I know you guys are experts at hanging tough, but this is a REALLY tough way to have to hang.

  9. Pamela. Please know that I'm thinking of you. I hope that you and your family particularly your husband find some solace in being with each other and savoring the memories.
